This committee is being formed (and faculty formally approved on 11/4/15 at Senate Meeting) to review the applications and facilitate the process for faculty applying for available funds. Funds are to recognize service referred to as: Assigned Time for Exceptional Levels of Service to Students. The committee is formed as recommended and with oversight by the recently approved (Provost and President) policy which bears the same name. The Moodle Container will be for the work of the committee and will enable secure storage of the committee documents. Items placed in the container by committee members should be kept indefinitely, in line with the record retention guidelines for CSU campus Academic Senates, as put forth by the Chancellor's Office.
