The CSUSM 21-Day Racial Equity Challenge is a professional development opportunity for all CSUSM staff, faculty and administrators to develop individual habits around racial equity and inclusion. Participants will explore the history of race in America along with current topics that impact different populations to develop an equity mindset. The goal is to improve the campus climate and create a community that allows us to have respectful conversations about race.
