There are many caves in Japan and California also has caves. The most popular cave in Japan is Akiyoshidou, located in Yamaguchi prefecture. It is designated as a special natural monument. The length of that cave is about 11 kilometers and visitors can walk a 1km tourist trail inside the cave.
