What to Expect

The 2025 Club World Cup will feature 32 teams. European clubs are set to start strong, with teams such as Chelsea, Manchester City, and Real Madrid already securing their spots as the most recent winners of the UEFA Champions League for the last four years. Other European giants participating are Bayern Munich, Paris Saint-Germain, Inter Milan, Porto, and Benfica which earned their places through their UEFA coefficient rankings

Meanwhile, South America will be represented by six clubs. 12 teams will be coming from Asia, Africa, and North America. Oceania will have only one representative, and the U.S., as the host nation, will be granted one spot in the competition.
