I've attached Monday's draft minutes. Also, after much negotiating against competing Friday meetings, here is a TENTATIVE meeting schedule for Spring 2013.

Recall that we agreed to attempt going with 2-hour meetings on alternating Fridays; let's see how well this allows us to handle our workload. ALSO, if the possibility of moving back to weekly meetings M-R comes along, I'm going to jump on it and let everyone know ASAP.
