Dear Class:
The end of the semester is around the corner. In order for you to receive your 30 CE certificate for INTRO TO INTEGRATIVE HEALTHCARE, you must have completed all assignments AND filled out the final evaluation form and forwarded to Professor Baker. I will not see the forms. They need to be turned in by me to EL in order for you to receive your CEs for this course. BE HONEST. But if you disliked something, please provide a suggestion. If you have already filled out the evaluation form, please let Professor baker know so she can look for it in her email.
Finally, if you missed a face-to-face day, I gave you an assignment. I believe it was to arrange to spend a couple hours with Trisha Huszka. Her contact info is 619-871-1761. Please let me know when you have completed that process.Please do so before May 10.
ALL work must be completed before May 10 in order for you to receive CEs. The course is OPEN
