Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) uses treatments that involves use of herbs, acupuncture, and Tai Chi. Although TCM has been practiced for thousands of years and has been effective in treating certain conditions, there are not enough research done to prove the effectiveness of TCM on obesity.
Ayurveda is a healing tradition that was introduced in India thousands of years ago. If properly learned and understand the concept of Ayurveda, this can be implemented in management of weight.
